恭读圣若望一书 3:7-10

 

Children, let no one deceive you. The person who acts in righteousness is righteous, just as he is righteous.

孩子们，万不要让人迷惑你们！那行正义的，就是正义的人，正如那一位是正义的一样。

 

Whoever sins belongs to the Devil, because the Devil has sinned from the beginning. Indeed, the Son of God was revealed to destroy the works of the Devil.

那犯罪的，是属于魔鬼，因为魔鬼从起初就犯罪：天主子所以显现出来，是为消灭魔鬼的作为。

 

No one who is begotten by God commits sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot sin because he is begotten by God.

凡由天主生的，就不犯罪过，因为天主的种子存留在他内，他不能犯罪，因为他是由天主生的。

 

In this way, the children of God and the children of the Devil are made plain; no one who fails to act in righteousness belongs to God, nor anyone who does not love his brother.

天主的子女和魔鬼的子女在这事上可以认出：就是凡不行正义的和不爱自己弟兄的，就不是出于天主。

Let the sea and what fills it resound, the world and those who dwell in it; Let the rivers clap their hands, the mountains shout with them for joy before the LORD.

The LORD comes; he comes to rule the earth; He will rule the world with justice and the peoples with equity.

领：请在上主面前欢乐，因为他已驾临，他要统治大地乾坤；他要以正义审判普世人群，他要以公平治理天下万民。

Gospel  Jn 1:35-42

福音（我们找到了默西亚。）

恭读圣若望福音 1:35-42

 

John was standing with two of his disciples, and as he watched Jesus walk by, he said, "Behold, the Lamb of God."

第二天，若翰和他的两个门徒，又在那里站着，若翰看见耶稣走过，便注视着他说：“看，天主的羔羊！”

 

The two disciples heard what he said and followed Jesus. Jesus turned and saw them following him and said to them, "What are you looking for?"

那两个门徒听见他说这话，便跟随了耶稣。耶稣转过身来，看见他们跟着，便问他们说：“你们找什么？”

 

They said to him, "Rabbi" (which translated means Teacher), "where are you staying?" He said to them, "Come, and you will see."

他们回答说：“辣彼！── 意即师傅 ── 你住在那里？”他向他们说：“你们来看看吧！”

 

So they went and saw where he was staying, and they stayed with him that day. It was about four in the afternoon.

他们于是去了，见了他住的地方；那天，他们就在那里住下了。那时，大约是第十时辰。

 

Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two who heard John and followed Jesus. He first found his own brother Simon and told him, "We have found the Messiah," which is translated Christ.

西满伯多禄的哥哥安德肋，就是听了若翰的话，而跟随了耶稣的那两人中的一个，先去找到了自己的弟弟西满，并向他说：“我们找到了默西亚” ── 意即基督。

 

Then he brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon the son of John; you will be called Cephas," which is translated Peter.

遂领他到耶稣跟前，耶稣注视着他说：“你是若望的儿子西满，你要叫‘刻法’” ── 意即伯多禄。
