Twenty-eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time

First Reading: 2 KGS 5:14-17

读经一（纳阿曼回到天主的人那里，承认了上主。）

恭读列王纪下5:14-17

 

Naaman went down and plunged into the Jordan seven times at the word of Elisha, the man of God. His flesh became again like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean of his leprosy.

那时候，纳阿曼便下去，按照天主的人的话，在约但河里，浸了七次；他的肌肉就复原了，如同婴儿的肌肉一样，完全洁净了。

 

Naaman returned with his whole retinue to the man of God. On his arrival he stood before Elisha and said, "Now I know that there is no God in all the earth, except in Israel. Please accept a gift from your servant."

纳阿曼于是同他的全体随员，再回到天主的人那里，站在天主的人面前说：“现在我确实知道：全世界只在以色列有天主。现在，请你收下你仆人的礼物吧！”

 

Elisha replied, "As the LORD lives whom I serve, I will not take it;" and despite Naaman's urging, he still refused.

厄里叟回答说：“我指着我所服事的永生上主起誓：我决不接受。”纳阿曼再三催促他接受，厄里叟却坚决拒绝。

 

Naaman said: "If you will not accept, please let me, your servant, have two mule-loads of earth, for I will no longer offer holocaust or sacrifice to any other god except to the LORD."

纳阿曼于是说：“你既不接受，至少请你让你的仆人，将两只骡子所能负荷的泥土，运回家，因为你的仆人，从此不再给别的神，只给上主，奉献全燔祭和牺牲。”

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done wondrous deeds; his right hand has won victory for him, his holy arm.

领：请众向上主高唱新歌，因为他行了奇事。他的右手和他的圣臂，为他获得了胜利。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将他的救恩显示给万民。

 

The LORD has made his salvation known: in the sight of the nations he has revealed his justice. He has remembered his kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel.

领：上主已经宣布了自己的救恩，将自己的正义，启示给万民。他记起了自己的良善和忠诚，即向以色列家族广施的宽仁。

 

R. The Lord has revealed to the nations his saving power.

【答】：上主已将他的救恩显示给万民。

 

All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation by our God. Sing joyfully to the LORD, all you lands: break into song; sing praise.

领：全球看见了我们天主的救恩。普世大地，请向上主歌舞；请踊跃，请欢乐，请弹琴演奏。

Second Reading : 2 TM 2:8-13

读经二（如果我们坚忍到底，也必与基督一同为王。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致弟茂德后书　2:8-13

 

Beloved: Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David: such is my gospel, for which I am suffering, even to the point of chains, like a criminal. But the word of God is not chained.

亲爱的：你务要记住：根据我所传的福音，达味的后裔耶稣基督，从死者中复活了。为了这福音，我受苦，以至带上锁链，如同凶犯一样；但是，天主的道，决束缚不住。

 

Therefore, I bear with everything for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, together with eternal glory.

为此，我为蒙选的人，忍受一切，为使他们也获得那在基督耶稣内的救恩，及永远的光荣。

 

This saying is trustworthy: If we have died with him we shall also live with him; if we persevere we shall also reign with him.

这话是确实的：如果我们与他同死，也必与他同生；如果我们坚忍到底，也必与他一同为王；

 

But if we deny him he will deny us. If we are unfaithful he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself.

如果我们否认他，他也必要否认我们；如果我们不忠信，他仍然是信实的，因为他不能否认自己。

Gospel  LK 17:11-19

As Jesus continued his journey to Jerusalem, he traveled through Samaria and Galilee. As he was entering a village, ten lepers met him.

耶稣往耶路撒冷去的时候，经过撒玛黎雅及加里肋亚中间，走进一个村庄。有十个痳疯病人，迎面而来，

 

They stood at a distance from him and raised their voices, saying, "Jesus, Master! Have pity on us!"

远远地站着。他们大声喊说：“师父，耶稣，可怜我们吧！”

 

And when he saw them, he said, "Go show yourselves to the priests." As they were going they were cleansed.

耶稣定睛一看，向他们说：“你们去，叫司祭们检验你们吧！”他们去的时候，便洁净了。

 

And one of them, realizing he had been healed, returned, glorifying God in a loud voice; and he fell at the feet of Jesus and thanked him. He was a Samaritan.

其中一个，看见自己痊愈了，就回来，大声光荣天主，并且跪伏在耶稣脚前，感谢他；那人是一个撒玛黎雅人。

 

Jesus said in reply, "Ten were cleansed, were they not? Where are the other nine? Has none but this foreigner returned to give thanks to God?"

耶稣便说：“洁净了的，不是十个人吗？那九个人在那里呢？除了这个外邦人，就没有别人回来，归光荣于天主吗？”

 

Then he said to him, "Stand up and go; your faith has saved you."

耶稣于是给那人说：“起来，去吧！你的信德救了你。”
