First Reading: JL 4:12-21

读经一（伸出镰刀来！因为庄稼已经成熟。）

恭读岳厄尔先知书 4:12-21

 

Thus says the LORD: Let the nations bestir themselves and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there will I sit in judgment upon all the neighboring nations.

上主说：异民，起来，前往约沙法特山谷，因为我要在那里坐堂，审讯四周的一切异民。

 

Apply the sickle, for the harvest is ripe; Come and tread, for the wine press is full; The vats overflow, for great is their malice.

伸出镰刀！因为庄稼已成熟；前来践踏！因为酒榨已满盈，酒槽已溢出，因为他们已恶贯满盈。

 

Crowd upon crowd in the valley of decision; For near is the day of the LORD in the valley of decision. Sun and moon are darkened, and the stars withhold their brightness.

成群结队的人齐集在审判谷，因为上主的日子已临近了审判谷。太阳和月亮昏暗了，星辰失去了光芒。

 

The LORD roars from Zion, and from Jerusalem raises his voice; The heavens and the earth quake, but the LORD is a refuge to his people, a stronghold to the children of Israel.

上主从熙雍怒吼，从耶路撒冷发出自己的声音，天地为之震动；但上主却是自己百姓的避难所，是以色列子民的堡垒。

 

Then shall you know that I, the LORD, am your God, dwelling on Zion, my holy mountain; Jerusalem shall be holy, and strangers shall pass through her no more.

那时，你们必要知道：我上主是你们的天主，我住在熙雍，我的圣山上。那时，耶路撒冷必要成为圣地，外人不能再从那里经过。

 

And then, on that day, the mountains shall drip new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk; And the channels of Judah shall flow with water:

到了那一天，山岳必要滴下新酒，丘陵必要流下乳汁，犹大的一切河流必要涌流清水；

 

A fountain shall issue from the house of the LORD, to water the Valley of Shittim.

从上主的殿里，将有一清泉流出，浇灌史廷山谷。

 

Egypt shall be a waste, and Edom a desert waste, Because of violence done to the people of Judah, because they shed innocent blood in their land.

埃及将变成荒地，厄东将成为旷野，因为他们虐待了犹大子民，在他们的境内倾流了无辜者的血。

 

But Judah shall abide forever, and Jerusalem for all generations. I will avenge their blood, and not leave it unpunished. The LORD dwells in Zion.

但犹大必永远有人居住，耶路撒冷也必世世代代有人寄居。我必要追讨我尚未追讨的血债；因为上主住在熙雍。

【答】：义人们，请因上主而欢欣。

 

The LORD is king; let the earth rejoice; let the many isles be glad. Clouds and darkness are round about him, justice and judgment are the foundation of his throne.

领：上主为王！愿大地踊跃，无数岛屿，也都要欢乐！云彩和黑暗将他团团包围，正义与公道支持他的座位。

 

R. Rejoice in the Lord, you just!

【答】：义人们，请因上主而欢欣。

 

The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the LORD of all the earth. The heavens proclaim his justice, and all peoples see his glory.

领：面对上主，即普世的主宰，群山要像蜡烛一般溶解。苍天宣扬他的公道，万民目睹他的光耀。

 

R. Rejoice in the Lord, you just!

【答】：义人们，请因上主而欢欣。

 

Light dawns for the just; and gladness, for the upright of heart. Be glad in the LORD, you just, and give thanks to his holy name.

领：光明已升起照耀着义人，赐喜乐给心地正直的人。义人们，请因上主而欢欣，并请你们赞美他的圣名。

 

R. Rejoice in the Lord, you just!

【答】：义人们，请因上主而欢欣。

 

Gospel  Lk 11:27-28

福音（怀过你的胎，真是有福。听天主的话，更是有福。）

恭读圣路加福音 11:27-28

 

While Jesus was speaking, a woman from the crowd called out and said to him, "Blessed is the womb that carried you and the breasts at which you nursed."

耶稣说话的时候，人群中，有一个妇人高声向他说：“怀过你的胎，及你所吮吸过的乳房，是有福的！”

 

He replied, "Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it."

耶稣却说：“可是，那听天主的话而遵行的人，更是有福的！”
