Brothers and sisters: You have not approached that which could be touched and a blazing fire and gloomy darkness and storm and a trumpet blast and a voice speaking words 

你们原来并不是走近了那可触摸的山，那里有烈火、浓云、黑暗、暴风、号筒的响声以及说话的声音，

 

such that those who heard begged that no message be further addressed to them. Indeed, so fearful was the spectacle that Moses said, "I am terrified and trembling."

当时那些听见的人，都恳求天主不要再给他们说话。并且所显现的是这么可怕，连梅瑟也说：“我很是恐慌战栗。”

 

No, you have approached Mount Zion and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and countless angels in festal gathering, and the assembly of the firstborn enrolled in heaven,

然而你们却接近了熙雍山和永生天主的城，天上的耶路撒冷，接近了千万天使的盛会，和那些已被登录在天上的首生者的集会，

 

and God the judge of all, and the spirits of the just made perfect, and Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and the sprinkled Blood that speaks more eloquently than that of Abel.

接近了审判众人的天主，接近了已获得成全的义人的灵魂，接近了新约的中保耶稣，以及他所洒的血：这血比亚伯尔的血说话说得更好。

Great is the LORD and wholly to be praised in the city of our God. His holy mountain, fairest of heights, is the joy of all the earth.

领：在我们天主的城池中，上主至大，应受到赞颂。他的圣山巍峨高耸，是普世的欢喜。

 

R. O God, we ponder your mercy within your temple.

【答】：天主，我们在你的殿里，沉思默念着你的仁慈。

 

Mount Zion, "the recesses of the North," the city of the great King. God is with her castles; renowned is he as a stronghold.

领：北方中心熙雍圣山，是大王的城邑。天主居于堡垒中央，显自己为稳固的保障。

 

R. O God, we ponder your mercy within your temple.

【答】：天主，我们在你的殿里，沉思默念着你的仁慈。

 

As we had heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, In the city of our God; God makes it firm forever.

领：在万军上主的城里，即我们天主的城堡，我们所见正如所闻：天主必使城堡永固。

 

R. O God, we ponder your mercy within your temple.

【答】：天主，我们在你的殿里，沉思默念着你的仁慈。

 

O God, we ponder your mercy within your temple. As your name, O God, so also your praise reaches to the ends of the earth. Of justice your right hand is full.

领：天主，我们在你的殿里，沈思默念着你的仁慈；天主，你的名号远达地极，你受的赞美亦应该如此。你的右手全充满了正义。

【答】：天主，我们在你的殿里，沉思默念着你的仁慈。

 

Gospel  MK 6:7-13

福音（耶稣开始派遣门徒出去。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 6:7-13

 

Jesus summoned the Twelve and began to send them out two by two and gave them authority over unclean spirits.

那时候，耶稣叫来十二门徒，开始派遣他们两个两个地出去，赐给他们制伏邪魔的权柄，

 

He instructed them to take nothing for the journey but a walking stick –no food, no sack, no money in their belts. They were, however, to wear sandals but not a second tunic.

嘱咐他们在路上除了一根棍杖外，什么也不要带：不要带食物，不要带口袋，也不要在腰带里带铜钱；却要穿鞋，不要穿两件内衣。

 

He said to them, "Wherever you enter a house, stay there until you leave from there.

又对他们说：“你们无论在那里，进了一家，就住在那里，直到从那里离去；

 

Whatever place does not welcome you or listen to you, leave there and shake the dust off your feet in testimony against them."

无论何处不接待你们，或不听从你们，你们就从那里出去。拂去你们脚下的尘土，作为反对他们的证据。”

 

So they went off and preached repentance. The Twelve drove out many demons, and they anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them.

他们就出去宣讲，使人悔改，并驱逐了许多魔鬼，且给许多病人傅油，治好了他们。
