First Reading: 1 Nm 6:22-27

读经一（我必祝福皈依我的人。）

The LORD said to Moses: "Speak to Aaron and his sons and tell them: This is how you shall bless the Israelites.

上主训示梅瑟说：“你告诉亚郎和他的儿子说：你们应这样祝福以色列子民说：

 

Say to them: The LORD bless you and keep you! The LORD let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!

‘愿上主祝福你，保护你；愿上主的慈颜光照你，仁慈待你。

 

The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace! So shall they invoke my name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them."

愿上主转面垂顾你，赐你平安。’这样，他们将以色列子民归我名下，我必祝福他们。”

May God have pity on us and bless us; may he let his face shine upon us. So may your way be known upon earth; among all nations, your salvation.

May the nations be glad and exult because you rule the peoples in equity; the nations on the earth you guide.

Second Reading : Gal 4:4-7

读经二（天主派遣他的儿子来，生于女人。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致迦拉达人书 4:4-7

 

Brothers and sisters: When the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to ransom those under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

弟兄们：时期一满，天主就派遣了自己的儿子来，生于女人，生于法律之下，为把在法律之下的人赎出来，使我们获得义子的地位。

 

As proof that you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!"

为证实你们确实是天主的子女，天主派遣了自己儿子的圣神，到我们心内喊说：“阿爸，父啊！”

 

So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son then also an heir, through God.

所以你已不再是奴隶，而是儿子了；如果是儿子，赖天主的恩宠，也成了承继人。

Gospel  Lk 2:16-21

福音（牧羊人找到了玛利亚、若瑟，和那躺在马槽中的婴儿。满了八天，于是给他起名叫耶稣。）

恭读圣路加福音  2:16-21

 

The shepherds went in haste to Bethlehem and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger.

那时候，牧人们急忙去了白冷，找到了玛利亚和若瑟，并那躺在马槽中的婴儿。

 

When they saw this, they made known the message that had been told them about this child. All who heard it were amazed by what had been told them by the shepherds.

他们看见以后，就把天使对他们论这小孩所说的事，传扬开了，凡听见的人都惊讶牧人向他们所说的事。

 

And Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, just as it had been told to them.

玛利亚却把这一切事默存在自己心中，反复思想。牧人们为了他们所听见和看见的一切，正如天使向他们说的一样，就光荣赞美天主回去了。

 

When eight days were completed for his circumcision, he was named Jesus, the name given him by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

满了八天，孩子应受割损，遂给他起名叫耶稣，这是他降孕母胎前，由天使所起的。
