First Reading:  1 JN 2:12-17

I am writing to you, children, because your sins have been forgiven for his name's sake.

孩子们，我给你们写说：因耶稣基督的名字，你们的罪已获得赦免。

 

I am writing to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning.

父老们，我给你们写说：你们已认识了从起初就有的那一位。

 

I am writing to you, young men, because you have conquered the Evil One. I write to you, children, because you know the Father.

青年们，我给你们写说：你们已得胜了那恶者。小孩子们，我给你们写过：你们已认识了父。

 

I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning.

父老们，我给你们写过：你们已认识了从起初就有的那一位。

 

I write to you, young men, because you are strong and the word of God remains in you, and you have conquered the Evil One.

青年们，我给你们写过：你们是强壮的，天主的话存留在你们内，你们也得胜了那恶者。

 

Do not love the world or the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

你们不要爱世界，也不要爱世界上的事；谁若爱世界，天父的爱就不在他内。

 

For all that is in the world, sensual lust, enticement for the eyes, and a pretentious life, is not from the Father but is from the world.

原来世界上的一切：肉身的贪欲，眼目的贪欲，以及人生的骄奢，都不是出于父，而是出于世界。

 

Yet the world and its enticement are passing away. But whoever does the will of God remains forever.

这世界和它的贪欲都要过去；但那履行天主旨意的，却永远存在。

Give to the LORD, you families of nations, give to the LORD glory and praise; give to the LORD the glory due his name!

领：各民各族，请将光荣归于上主，各家各户，请将威能归于上主。请将主名的光荣归于上主！

【答】：请你们记念上主所行的奇迹。

 

Bring gifts, and enter his courts; worship the LORD in holy attire. Tremble before him, all the earth.

领：请进入他的庭院奉献祭物。请穿圣洁的礼服，叩拜上主，普世大地，要在他面前颤抖！

 

R.  Remember the marvels the Lord has done!

【答】：请你们记念上主所行的奇迹。

 

Say among the nations: The LORD is king. He has made the world firm, not to be moved; he governs the peoples with equity.

领：请在万民中高呼：上主为王！他稳定寰宇，使它不再动荡，他以正义公道来治理万邦。

Gospel LK 2:36-40

福音（她向一切希望耶路撒冷得救的人，讲论这孩子。）

恭读圣路加福音 2:36-40

 

There was a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was advanced in years,

有一位女先知亚纳，是阿协尔支派法奴耳的女儿，已上了年纪。

 

having lived seven years with her husband after her marriage, and then as a widow until she was eighty-four.

她出阁后，与丈夫同居了七年，以后就守寡，直到八十四岁。

 

She never left the temple, but worshiped night and day with fasting and prayer.

她斋戒祈祷，昼夜事奉天主，总不离开圣殿。

 

And coming forward at that very time, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were awaiting the redemption of Jerusalem.

正在那时刻，她也前来称赞天主，并向一切希望耶路撒冷得救赎的人，讲论婴孩耶稣。

 

When they had fulfilled all the prescriptions of the law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth.

耶稣的父母他们按着上主的法律，行完了一切，便返回了加里肋亚，他们的本城纳匝肋。

 

The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.

孩子渐渐长大而强壮，充满智慧，天主的恩宠常在他身上。
