Fourth Sunday of Advent

First Reading: Mi 5:1-4a

读经一（将由白冷出生一位统治以色列的人。）

恭读米该亚先知书 5:1-4

 

Thus says the LORD: You, Bethlehem-Ephrathah too small to be among the clans of Judah,

上主这样说：“厄弗辣大白冷！你在犹大郡邑中，虽是最小的，

 

from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel; whose origin is from of old, from ancient times.

但是，将由你为我出生一位统治以色列的人；他的来历源于亘古，远自永远的时代。”

 

Therefore the Lord will give them up, until the time when she who is to give birth has borne, and the rest of his kindred shall return to the children of Israel.

因此，上主必将遗弃他们，直到孕妇生产之时；那时，他弟兄中的遗民，必将归来，与以色列子民团聚。

 

He shall stand firm and shepherd his flock by the strength of the LORD, in the majestic name of the LORD, his God;

他必卓然屹立，以上主的能力，及上主、他天主之名的威权，牧放自己的羊群。

 

and they shall remain, for now his greatness shall reach to the ends of the earth; he shall be peace.

他们将获得安居，因为他必大有权势，直达地极。他本人将是和平！

R. Lord, make us turn to you; let us see your face and we shall be saved.

【答】：天主，求你复兴我们；请显示你的慈颜，好拯救我们。

 

O shepherd of Israel, hearken, from your throne upon the cherubim, shine forth. Rouse your power, and come to save us.

领：以色列的牧养者，恳求你留心细听。坐于革鲁宾之上者，求你大显光荣。求你发显你的威能，快来作我们的救星！

 

R. Lord, make us turn to you; let us see your face and we shall be saved.

【答】：天主，求你复兴我们；请显示你的慈颜，好拯救我们。

 

Once again, O LORD of hosts, look down from heaven, and see; take care of this vine, and protect what your right hand has planted the son of man whom you yourself made strong.

领：万军的天主，求你领我们回去；求你从高天之上，垂视而怜恤！求你常看顾这葡萄树，和你右手种植的园圃，保护你所培养的小树。

 

R. Lord, make us turn to you; let us see your face and we shall be saved.

【答】：天主，求你复兴我们；请显示你的慈颜，好拯救我们。

 

May your help be with the man of your right hand, with the son of man whom you yourself made strong. Then we will no more withdraw from you; give us new life, and we will call upon your name.

领：愿你右手扶持你右边的人，并扶助你所坚固的子民！从此，我们再不愿意离开你；请赐我们生存，为能传扬你的名。

 

R. Lord, make us turn to you; let us see your face and we shall be saved.

【答】：天主，求你复兴我们；请显示你的慈颜，好拯救我们。

 

Second Reading : Heb 10:5-10

读经二（我已来到，为承行你的旨意。）

恭读致希伯来人书  10:5-10

 

Brothers and sisters: When Christ came into the world, he said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me;

弟兄姊妹们：为此，基督一进入世界便说：“牺牲与素祭，已非你所要，却给我预备了一个身体；

 

in holocausts and sin offerings you took no delight. Then I said, 'As is written of me in the scroll, behold, I come to do your will, O God.'"

全燔祭和赎罪祭，已非你所喜，于是我说：看，我已来到！关于我，书卷上已有记载：天主！我来为承行你的旨意。”

 

First he says, "Sacrifices and offerings, holocausts and sin offerings, you neither desired nor delighted in."

前边说：“祭物和素祭，全燔祭和赎罪祭，已非你所要，已非你所喜”

 

These are offered according to the law. Then he says, :Behold, I come to do your will." He takes away the first to establish the second.

这一切都是按照法律所奉献的；后边他说：“看，我已来到，为承行你的旨意”。由此可见，他废除了那先前的，为要成立那以后的。

 

By this "will," we have been consecrated through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

我们就是因这旨意，藉耶稣基督的身体，一次而为永远的祭献，得到了圣化。

Gospel  Lk 1:39-45

福音（我主的母亲驾临，这是我那里得来的呢？）

恭读圣路加福音  1:39-45

 

Mary set out and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth.

玛利亚就在那几日起身，急速往山区去，到了犹大的一座城。她进入匝加利亚的家，就向依撒伯尔请安。

 

When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.

依撒伯尔一听到玛利亚请安，胎儿就在她的腹中欢跃。依撒伯尔于是充满了圣神，高声说：“在女人中，你是蒙祝福的，你的胎儿，也是蒙祝福的。

 

And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

我主的母亲，驾临我这里，这是我那里得来的呢？

 

For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.

看，你请安的声音，一入我耳，胎儿就在我腹中，欢喜踊跃。

 

Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled."

那信了由上主传于她的话必要完成的，是有福的。”
