First Reading:  Sg 2:8-14

读经一（看，我的爱人跃过山岗而来。）

Hark! my lover–here he comes springing across the mountains, leaping across the hills. My lover is like a gazelle or a young stag.

听，这是我爱人的声音；看，他来了：他跳过山岗，跃过丘陵。我的爱人仿佛羚羊，宛如幼鹿；

 

Here he stands behind our wall, gazing through the windows, peering through the lattices. My lover speaks; he says to me, "Arise, my beloved, my dove, my beautiful one, and come!

你看，他已站在我们的墙后，由窗外向里凝视，由窗櫺往内窥望。我的爱人招呼我说：“起来，我的爱卿！快来，我的佳丽！

 

"For see, the winter is past, the rains are over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth, the time of pruning the vines has come, and the song of the dove is heard in our land.

看，严冬已过，时雨止息，且已过去；田间的花卉已露，歌唱的时期已近。在我们的地方已听到斑鸠声；

 

The fig tree puts forth its figs, and the vines, in bloom, give forth fragrance. Arise, my beloved, my beautiful one, and come!

无花果树已发出初果，葡萄树已开花放香；起来，我的爱卿！快来，我的佳丽！

 

"O my dove in the clefts of the rock, in the secret recesses of the cliff, Let me see you, let me hear your voice, For your voice is sweet, and you are lovely."

我那在岩石缝中，在悬崖隐处的鸽子！请让我看到你的面貌，听见你的声音，因为你的声音柔和可爱，你的面貌美丽动人。”

R. Exult, you just, in the Lord! Sing to him a new song.

【答】：义人，你们应向上主踊跃欢呼，你们应向他高唱新歌。

 

Give thanks to the LORD on the harp; with the ten-stringed lyre chant his praises. Sing to him a new song; pluck the strings skillfully, with shouts of gladness.

领：你们该弹琴，称谢上主，弹奏十弦琴，赞颂上主。你们应向他高唱新歌，在欢呼声中奏琴吟。

 

R. Exult, you just, in the Lord! Sing to him a new song.

【答】：义人，你们应向上主踊跃欢呼，你们应向他高唱新歌。

 

But the plan of the LORD stands forever; the design of his heart, through all generations. Blessed the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he has chosen for his own inheritance.

领：上主的计划却永恒不变，他心中的谋略万世常传。尊上主为自己天主的民族，真是有福！上主选为自己产业的百姓，真是有福！

【答】：义人，你们应向上主踊跃欢呼，你们应向他高唱新歌。

 

Our soul waits for the LORD, who is our help and our shield, For in him our hearts rejoice; in his holy name we trust.

领：我们的灵魂仰望着上主，他是我们的保障和扶助；我们的心灵要因他而喜乐欢畅，在他的圣名内寄托我们的希望。

 

R. Exult, you just, in the Lord! Sing to him a new song.

Gospel  Lk 1:39-45

福音（我主的母亲驾临，这是我从那里得来的福份？）

恭读圣路加福音 1:39-45

 

Mary set out in those days and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth.

玛利亚就在那几日起身，急速往山区去，到了犹大的一座城。她进了匝加利亚的家，就给依撒伯尔请安。

 

When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said,

依撒伯尔一听到玛利亚请安，胎儿就在她的腹中欢跃。依撒伯尔遂充满了圣神，大声呼喊说：

 

"Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

“在女人中你是蒙祝福的，你的胎儿也是蒙祝福的。我主的母亲驾临我这里，这是我那里得来的呢？

 

For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.

看，你请安的声音一入我耳，胎儿就在我腹中欢喜踊跃。

 

Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled."

那信了由上主传于她的话必要完成的，是有福的。”
