First Reading: IS 2:1-5

读经一（上主将万国万民聚集于天国，永享和平。）

恭读依撒意亚先知书　2:1-5

 

This is what Isaiah, son of Amoz, saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

阿摩兹的儿子依撒意亚，关于犹大和耶路撒冷所见的事情：

 

In days to come, the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established as the highest mountain and raised above the hills.

到末日，上主的圣殿山，必要矗立在群山之上，超乎一切山岳；万民都要向它涌来。

 

All nations shall stream toward it; many peoples shall come and say: "Come, let us climb the LORD's mountain, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may instruct us in his ways, and we may walk in his paths."

将有许多民族前去，说：“来！我们攀登上主的圣山，往雅各伯天主的圣殿去！他必指示我们他的道路，教导我们遵行他的途径。

 

For from Zion shall go forth instruction, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations, and impose terms on many peoples.

因为法律将出自熙雍，上主的话将出自耶路撒冷。”他将统治万邦，治理众民；

 

They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks; one nation shall not raise the sword against another, nor shall they train for war again.

致使众人都把自己的刀剑，铸成锄头，将自己的枪矛，制成镰刀；民族与民族，不再持刀相向，人也不再学习战斗。

 

O house of Jacob, come, let us walk in the light of the Lord!

雅各伯家！来！让我们在上主的光明中行走吧！

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

I rejoiced because they said to me, "We will go up to the house of the LORD." And now we have set foot within your gates, O Jerusalem.

领：我喜欢，因为有人向我说：我们要进入上主的圣殿！耶路撒冷！我们的双足，已经站立在你的门口。

 

R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

Jerusalem, built as a city with compact unity. To it the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD.

领：耶路撒冷建筑的好似京城，确是内部划一整齐的京城。各支派，上主的各支派都齐集在那里，

 

R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

According to the decree for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD. In it are set up judgment seats, seats for the house of David.

领：按照以色列的法律，称颂上主的名字。那里设立了执政的座席，那里有达味王室的宝座。

 

R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May those who love you prosper! May peace be within your walls, prosperity in your buildings.

领：请为耶路撒冷祈祷和平：愿爱慕你的人获享安宁；愿你的城垣内有平安，愿你的堡垒中有安全！

 

R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

Because of my brothers and friends I will say, "Peace be within you!" Because of the house of the LORD, our God, I will pray for your good.

领：为了我的兄弟和同伴，我要向你说：祝你平安！为了上主我们天主的殿宇，我为你恳切祈祷：祝你幸福！

 

R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.

【答】：我喜欢，我们要进入上主的圣殿！

 

Second Reading : ROM 13:11-14

读经二（我们的救恩近了。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致罗马人书　13:11-14

 

Brothers and sisters: You know the time; it is the hour now for you to awake from sleep. For our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed;

弟兄姊妹们：你们该认清这个时期，现在已经是由睡梦中醒来的时辰了，因为我们的救恩，现今比我们当初信的时候，更临近了。

 

the night is advanced, the day is at hand. Let us then throw off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light;

黑夜深了，白日已近，所以我们该脱去黑暗的行为，佩戴光明的武器；

 

let us conduct ourselves properly as in the day, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in promiscuity and lust, not in rivalry and jealousy.

行动要端庄，好像在白天一样，不可狂宴豪饮，不可淫乱放荡，不可争斗嫉妒；

 

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the desires of the flesh.

但该穿上主耶稣基督；不应只挂念肉性的事，以满足私欲。

Gospel MT 24:37-44

福音（你们要醒寤，应该准备。）

恭读圣玛窦福音　24:37-44

 

Jesus said to his disciples: "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

那时候，耶稣向门徒们说：“就如在诺厄的日子怎样，人子的来临也要怎样。

 

In those days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day that Noah entered the ark.

因为就如在洪水以前的日子，人照常吃喝婚嫁，直到诺厄进入方舟的那一天，

 

They did not know until the flood came and carried them all away.

仍然没有觉察；直到洪水来了，把他们都卷去了；

 

So will it be also at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be out in the field; one will be taken, and one will be left.

人子的来临，也必要这样。那时，两个人同在田间，一个被接去，一个却被遗弃；

 

Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken, and one will be left.

两个女人同在磨旁推磨，一个被接去，一个却被遗弃。

 

Therefore, stay awake! For you do not know on which day your Lord will come.

所以，你们要醒寤，因为你们不知道：你们的主人在那一天要来。

 

Be sure of this: if the master of the house had known the hour of night when the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and not let his house be broken into.

这一点你们要明白：如果家主知道，盗贼几更天要来，他必要醒寤，不让自己的房屋被挖穿。

 

So too, you also must be prepared, for at an hour you do not expect, the Son of Man will come."

为此，你们应该准备，因为你们料想不到的时辰，人子就来了。
