First Reading:  1 Mc 4:36-37, 52-59

读经一（犹大和他的兄弟举行祭坛的祝圣典礼，欢乐地献上全燔之祭。）

Judas and his brothers said, "Now that our enemies have been crushed, let us go up to purify the sanctuary and rededicate it."

那时候，犹大和他的兄弟们说：“看，我们的敌人业已粉碎，我们要上去清洁圣所，再行祝圣礼。”

 

So the whole army assembled, and went up to Mount Zion. Early in the morning on the twenty-fifth day of the ninth month, that is, the month of Chislev, in the year one hundred and forty-eight,

于是全体军队集合，齐上熙雍山。一四八年九月，即“基色娄”月，二十五日清晨，

 

they arose and offered sacrifice according to the law on the new altar of burnt offerings that they had made.

他们起来，按照法律，在新建的全燔祭坛上献祭。

 

On the anniversary of the day on which the Gentiles had defiled it, on that very day it was reconsecrated with songs, harps, flutes, and cymbals.

他们就在异民玷污祭坛的同月同日，于唱歌、弹琴、鼓瑟和鸣钹中，祝圣了祭坛。

 

All the people prostrated themselves and adored and praised Heaven, who had given them success.

全体百姓都俯首至地，钦崇赞美那使他们成功的上天。

 

For eight days they celebrated the dedication of the altar and joyfully offered burnt offerings and sacrifices of deliverance and praise.

八日之久，他们举行祭坛的祝圣典礼，欢乐地献了全燔祭、和平祭及感恩祭。

 

They ornamented the facade of the temple with gold crowns and shields; they repaired the gates and the priests' chambers and furnished them with doors.

他们又用金冠铜牌，装饰圣殿正面，又重修大门和厢房，安上门户。

 

There was great joy among the people now that the disgrace of the Gentiles was removed.

民众皆大欢喜，因为异民所加于他们的耻辱，现在完全除去了。

 

Then Judas and his brothers and the entire congregation of Israel decreed that the days of the dedication of the altar should be observed with joy and gladness on the anniversary every year for eight days, from the twenty-fifth day of the month Chislev.

犹大和他的兄弟们，以及以色列全会众，规定年年在这节期，庆祝重新祝圣祭坛节，即由“基色娄”月二十五日起，一连八天欢乐庆祝。

Yours, O LORD, is the sovereignty; you are exalted as head over all. Riches and honor are from you.

领：上主！王权属于你，你应受举扬为万有的元首。富贵和光荣都由你而来。

You have dominion over all, In your hand are power and might; it is yours to give grandeur and strength to all.

Gospel Lk 19:45-48

福音（你们竟把上主的殿宇做了贼窝！）

Jesus entered the temple area and proceeded to drive out those who were selling things, saying to them,

那时候，耶稣进了圣殿的庭院，开始把做买卖的人赶出去，对他们说：

 

“It is written, My house shall be a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves.”

“经上记载：我的殿宇应是祈祷之所，而你们竟把它做了贼窝。”

 

And every day he was teaching in the temple area. The chief priests, the scribes, and the leaders of the people, meanwhile, were seeking to put him to death,

耶稣每天在圣殿里施教。司祭长及经师并人民的首领，设法要除掉他。

 

but they could find no way to accomplish their purpose because all the people were hanging on his words.

但是寻不出什么办法，因为众百姓都倾心听他。
