Brothers and sisters: Greet Prisca and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus, who risked their necks for my life,

弟兄们：请问候普黎斯加和阿桂拉，他们是我在基督耶稣内的助手；他们为救我，置生死于度外；

 

to whom not only I am grateful but also all the churches of the Gentiles;

不但我应感谢他们，而且连外邦人的众教会也应感谢他们。

 

greet also the Church at their house. Greet my beloved Epaenetus, who was the firstfruits in Asia for Christ.

还请问候在他们家中的教会。请问候我可爱的厄派乃托，他是亚细亚归依基督的初果。

 

Greet Mary, who has worked hard for you. Greet Andronicus and Junia, my relatives and my fellow prisoners; they are prominent among the Apostles and they were in Christ before me.

请问候玛利亚，她为你们受了许多劳苦。请问候我的同族和我的同囚者安得洛尼科和犹尼雅，他们在使徒中是有声望的，并且比我先归依了基督。

 

Greet Ampliatus, my beloved in the Lord. Greet Urbanus, our co-worker in Christ, and my beloved Stachys. Greet one another with a holy kiss.

请问候在主内我可爱的安仆里雅。请问候我们在基督内的助手吴尔巴诺，和我可爱的斯塔辉。你们要以圣吻彼此请安。

 

All the churches of Christ greet you. I, Tertius, the writer of this letter, greet you in the Lord.

基督的众教会都问候你们。我这执笔写信的特尔爵也在主内问候你们。

 

Gaius, who is host to me and to the whole Church, greets you. Erastus, the city treasurer, and our brother Quartus greet you.

我的东主，也是全教会的东主加约，也问候你们；本城的司库厄辣斯托和夸尔托兄弟也问候你们。（但愿我们的主耶稣基督的恩宠常与你们同在！亚孟。）

 

Now to him who can strengthen you, according to my Gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery

愿光荣归于天主，他有能力坚固你们，使你们合乎我所传布的福音和所宣讲的基督，并合乎所启示的奥秘。

 

kept secret for long ages but now manifested through the prophetic writings and, according to the command of the eternal God,

这奥秘从永远以来就是秘而不宣的，现今却彰显了，且按照永恒天主的命令，

 

made known to all nations to bring about the obedience of faith, to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ be glory forever and ever. Amen.

藉着先知的经书晓谕万民，使他们服从信德。愿光荣赖耶稣基督归于惟一全智的天主，至于无穷之世。亚孟。

【答】：我的天主，我要永远歌颂你的圣名。

 

Every day will I bless you, and I will praise your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD and highly to be praised; his greatness is unsearchable.

领：上主，我要每日不断赞美你，永远颂扬你的圣名。伟大的上主，实在应受赞美，上主的伟大，高深不可推测。

 

R. I will praise your name for ever, Lord.

【答】：我的天主，我要永远歌颂你的圣名。

 

Generation after generation praises your works and proclaims your might. They speak of the splendor of your glorious majesty and tell of your wondrous works.

领：世世代代应宣扬你的工程，世世代代应传述你的大能：讲述你的威严尊荣，传扬你的奇妙工程。

 

R. I will praise your name for ever, Lord.

【答】：我的天主，我要永远歌颂你的圣名。

 

Let all your works give you thanks, O LORD, and let your faithful ones bless you. Let them discourse of the glory of your Kingdom and speak of your might.

领：上主，愿你的一切受造物称谢你；上主，愿你的一切圣徒赞美你，宣传你王国的光荣，讲述你的威能。

【答】：我的天主，我要永远歌颂你的圣名。

 

Gospel Lk 16:9-15

福音（如果你们在不义的钱财上还不忠信，谁还把真实的钱财委托给你们呢？）

恭读圣路加福音 16:9-15

 

Jesus said to his disciples: "I tell you, make friends for yourselves with dishonest wealth, so that when it fails, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.

那时候，耶稣对门徒说：“你们要用不义的钱财结交朋友，为在你们匮乏的时候，好叫他们收留你们到永远的帐幕里。

 

The person who is trustworthy in very small matters is also trustworthy in great ones; and the person who is dishonest in very small matters is also dishonest in great ones.

在小事上忠信的，在大事上也忠信；在小事上不义的，在大事上也不义。

 

If, therefore, you are not trustworthy with dishonest wealth, who will trust you with true wealth?

那么，如果你们在不义的钱财上不忠信，谁还把真实的钱财委托给你们呢？

 

If you are not trustworthy with what belongs to another, who will give you what is yours?

如果你们在别人的财物上不忠信，谁还把属于你们的交给你们呢？

 

No servant can serve two masters. He will either hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other.

没有一个家仆能事奉两个主人的：他或是要恨这一个而爱那一个，或是要依附这一个而轻忽那一个；

 

You cannot serve God and mammon."

你们不能事奉天主而又事奉钱财。”

 

The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all these things and sneered at him. And he said to them, "You justify yourselves in the sight of others,

爱财的法利塞人听了这一切话，便嗤笑耶稣。耶稣向他们说：“你们在人前自充义人，

 

but God knows your hearts; for what is of human esteem is an abomination in the sight of God."

但是天主知道你们的心，因为在人前是崇高的事，在天主前却是可憎的。”
