First Reading: ACTS 13:13-25

读经一（天主从达味的后裔中，兴起了一位救主耶稣。）

From Paphos, Paul and his companions set sail and arrived at Perga in Pamphylia. But John left them and returned to Jerusalem.

保禄和同他一起的人，从帕佛乘船来到旁非里雅的培尔革；若望却离开他们，回了耶路撒冷。

 

They continued on from Perga and reached Antioch in Pisidia.

他们由培尔革经过各处，到了丕息狄雅的安提约基雅；

 

On the sabbath they entered into the synagogue and took their seats. After the reading of the law and the prophets, the synagogue officials sent word to them, "My brothers, if one of you has a word of exhortation for the people, please speak."

安息日他们进了会堂坐下。在朗诵法律和先知之后，会堂长派人问他们说：“仁人弟兄，你们若有什么劝勉民众的话，请说吧！”

 

So Paul got up, motioned with his hand, and said, "Fellow children of Israel and you others who are God-fearing, listen. The God of this people Israel chose our ancestors

保禄就站起来，打手势说：“诸位以色列人和敬畏天主的人，请听！以色列民族的天主拣选了我们的祖先。

 

and exalted the people during their sojourn in the land of Egypt. With uplifted arm he led them out, and for about forty years he put up with them in the desert.

当这百姓寄居埃及时，天主就举扬了他们，以大能的手臂从那里领他们出来，大约四十年的工夫在旷野中容忍了他们。

 

When he had destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan, he gave them their land as an inheritance at the end of about four hundred and fifty years.

灭了在客纳罕地方的七个民族以后，就把那地方分给他们作为基业，约有四百五十年。

 

After these things he provided judges up to Samuel the prophet. Then they asked for a king. God gave them Saul, son of Kish, a man from the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years.

此后，又给他们立了民长，直到撒慕尔先知时代。从那时起，他们要求一位君王，天主就给他们立了本雅明族人克士的儿子撒乌耳，为王四十年；

 

Then he removed him and raised up David as their king; of him he testified, I have found David, son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will carry out my every wish.

把他撤职以后，给他们立了达味为君王，天主为他作证说：我找到了叶瑟的儿子达味，他是一个合我心意的人，他要履行我的一切旨意。

 

From this man's descendants God, according to his promise, has brought to Israel a savior, Jesus. John heralded his coming by proclaiming a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel;

天主按照恩许，从他的后裔中给以色列兴起了一位救主耶稣。若翰在他来临以前，先向全以色列民宣讲了悔改的洗礼。

 

and as John was completing his course, he would say, 'What do you suppose that I am? I am not he. Behold, one is coming after me; I am not worthy to unfasten the sandals of his feet.'"

及至若翰将完成自己的任务时，说道：我不是你们所猜想的那位，但是，看，他在我以后要来，我不配解他脚上的鞋。”

The favors of the LORD I will sing forever; through all generations my mouth shall proclaim your faithfulness. For you have said, "My kindness is established forever"; in heaven you have confirmed your faithfulness.

领：我要永永远远歌咏上主的恩宠，要世世代代亲口称扬你的忠诚。你原说过：“我的恩宠已永远奠定！”就如你在天上确定了你的忠诚。

 

R.  For ever I will sing the goodness of the Lord.

【答】：我要永远歌颂上主的仁慈。

 

I have found David, my servant; with my holy oil I have anointed him, That my hand may be always with him, and that my arm may make him strong.

领：我拣选达味做我的忠仆，也给他傅抹了我的圣油。我的双手必常扶持他，我的臂膀必常坚固他。

 

R.  For ever I will sing the goodness of the Lord.

【答】：我要永远歌颂上主的仁慈。

 

My faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him, and through my name shall his horn be exalted. He shall say of me, 'You are my father, my God, the Rock, my savior.'

领：我的忠信与仁慈常与他共处，他的头角因我的名而得高举。他要称赞我说：“你是我的大父，是我救恩的盘石，是我的天主。”

 

R.  For ever I will sing the goodness of the Lord.

【答】：我要永远歌颂上主的仁慈。

 

Gospel JN 13:16-20

福音（凡接待我所派遣的，就是接待我。）

恭读圣若望福音 13:16-20

 

When Jesus had washed the disciples' feet, he said to them: "Amen, amen, I say to you, no slave is greater than his master nor any messenger greater than the one who sent him. If you understand this, blessed are you if you do it.

耶稣为门徒洗脚后，说：“我实实在在告诉你们：没有仆人大过主人的，也没有奉使的大过派遣他的。你们既知道了这些事，如果实行，便是有福的。

 

I am not speaking of all of you. I know those whom I have chosen. But so that the Scripture might be fulfilled, The one who ate my food has raised his heel against me.

我不是说你们全体，我认识我所拣选的；但经上所记载的必须应验：‘吃过我饭的人，也举脚踢我。’

 

From now on I am telling you before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I AM.

就是现在，事未发生以前，我告诉你们，好叫事发生以后，你们相信我是那一位。

 

Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me."

我实实在在告诉你们：凡接待我所派遣的，就是接待我；接待我的，就是接待那派遣我来的。”
