First Reading: ACTS 8:1B-8

读经一（那些逃散的人走遍各处，宣讲天主的喜讯。）

恭读宗徒大事录 8:1-8

 

There broke out a severe persecution of the Church in Jerusalem, and all were scattered throughout the countryside of Judea and Samaria, except the Apostles.

就在斯德望死于乱石下的那一日，发生了严厉迫害耶路撒冷教会的事；除宗徒外，众人都逃散到犹太和撒玛黎雅乡间。

 

Devout men buried Stephen and made a loud lament over him. Saul, meanwhile, was trying to destroy the Church; entering house after house and dragging out men and women, he handed them over for imprisonment.

虔诚的人共同埋葬了斯德望，也为他大哭了一场。扫禄想摧毁教会，进入各家，连男带女都拉去，押到监里。

 

Now those who had been scattered went about preaching the word. Thus Philip went down to the city of Samaria and proclaimed the Christ to them.

那些逃散的人经过各处，宣讲真道的喜讯。斐理伯下到撒玛黎雅城，给他们宣讲基督。

 

With one accord, the crowds paid attention to what was said by Philip when they heard it and saw the signs he was doing.

群众都留意斐理伯所讲的话，都同心合意地听教，并看到了他所行的奇迹；

 

For unclean spirits, crying out in a loud voice, came out of many possessed people, and many paralyzed and crippled people were cured. There was great joy in that city.

因为有许多附了邪魔的人，邪魔从他们身上大声喊叫着出去了。有许多瘫子和瘸子也被治好了。为此，那城里的人皆大欢喜。

【答】：普世大地，请向天主欢呼。

 

Shout joyfully to God, all the earth, sing praise to the glory of his name; proclaim his glorious praise. Say to God, "How tremendous are your deeds!"

领：普世的大地广土，请你们向天主欢呼！请歌颂他圣名的光荣，请献给他辉煌的赞颂。请你们向天主说：“你的作为是何等惊人！”

 

R. Let all the earth cry out to God with joy.

【答】：普世大地，请向天主欢呼。

 

Let all on earth worship and sing praise to you, sing praise to your name! Come and see the works of God, his tremendous deeds among the children of Adam.

领：普世都要朝拜你，向你歌颂，全球也都要歌颂你的圣名，请你们前来观看天主的作为，他对世人所作的事实在可奇。

 

R. Let all the earth cry out to God with joy.

【答】：普世大地，请向天主欢呼。

 

He has changed the sea into dry land; through the river they passed on foot; therefore let us rejoice in him. He rules by his might forever.

领：他曾经使海洋干涸，使人徒步走过江河，叫我们因他而喜乐。他以自己的大能，永远统治着万邦。

【答】：普世大地，请向天主欢呼。

 

Gospel JN 6:35-40

福音（这是父的旨意，凡看见子的，必获得永生。）

恭读圣若望福音 6:35-40

 

Jesus said to the crowds, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believes in me will never thirst. But I told you that although you have seen me, you do not believe.

那时，耶稣回答群众说：“我就是生命的食粮；到我这里来的，永不会饥饿；信从我的，总不会渴。但是，我向你们说过：你们看见了我，仍然不信。

 

Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and I will not reject anyone who comes to me, because I came down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me.

凡父交给我的，必到我这里来；而到我这里来的，我必不把他抛弃于外，因为我从天降下，不是为执行我的旨意，而是为执行派遣我来者的旨意。

 

And this is the will of the one who sent me, that I should not lose anything of what he gave me, but that I should raise it on the last day.

派遣我来者的旨意就是：凡他交给我的，叫我连一个也不失掉，而且在末日还要使他复活，

 

For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I shall raise him on the last day."

因为这是我父的旨意：凡看见子，并信从子的，必获得永生；并且在末日，我要使他复活。”
