First Reading:  IS 55:10-11

读经一（我发出的言语必实行我的旨意。）

恭读依撒意亚先知书 55:10-11

 

Thus says the LORD: Just as from the heavens the rain and snow come down and do not return there till they have watered the earth, making it fertile and fruitful, Giving seed to the one who sows and bread to the one who eats,

上主这样说：“譬如雨和雪从天降下，不再返回原处，只有灌溉田地，使之生长萌芽，偿还播种者种子，供给吃饭者食粮；

 

So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; It shall not return to me void, but shall do my will, achieving the end for which I sent it.

同样，从我口中发出的言语，不能空空地回到我这里来；反之，它必实行我的旨意，完成我派遣它的使命。”

R. From all their distress God rescues the just.

【答】：天主拯救义人脱离一切的苦辛。

 

Glorify the LORD with me, let us together extol his name. I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

领：请你们同我一起赞扬上主，让我们齐声颂扬他的名字。我寻求了上主，他听了我的祈求：由我受的一切惊惶中，将我救出。

 

R. From all their distress God rescues the just.

【答】：天主拯救义人脱离一切的苦辛。

 

Look to him that you may be radiant with joy, and your faces may not blush with shame. When the poor one called out, the LORD heard, and from all his distress he saved him.

领：你们瞻仰他，要喜形于色，你们的面容，绝不会羞愧。卑微人一呼号，上主立即俯允，并且救拔他出离一切的苦辛。

 

R. From all their distress God rescues the just.

【答】：天主拯救义人脱离一切的苦辛。

 

The LORD has eyes for the just, and ears for their cry. The LORD confronts the evildoers, to destroy remembrance of them from the earth.

领：因为上主的双目垂顾正义的人，上主的两耳听他们的哀声。上主的威容敌视作恶的人民，要把他们的记念由世上灭尽。

 

R. From all their distress God rescues the just.

【答】：天主拯救义人脱离一切的苦辛。

 

When the just cry out, the LORD hears them, and from all their distress he rescues them. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.

领：义人一呼号，上主立即俯允，拯救他们出离一切的苦辛。上主亲近心灵破碎的人，他必救助精神痛苦的人。

 

R. From all their distress God rescues the just.

【答】：天主拯救义人脱离一切的苦辛。

 

Gospel  MT 6:7-15

福音（你们应当这样祈祷。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 6:7-15

 

Jesus said to his disciples: "In praying, do not babble like the pagans, who think that they will be heard because of their many words.

那时候，耶稣对他的门徒说：“你们祈祷时，不要劳劳叨叨，如同外邦人一样，他们以为只要多言，便可获得垂允。

 

Do not be like them. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

你们不要跟他们一样，因为你们的父，在你们求他以前。已知道你们需要什么。

 

This is how you are to pray: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

所以，你们应当这样祈祷：我们在天之父！愿你的名被尊为圣，愿你的国来临，愿你的旨意承行于地，如在天上一样。

 

Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

我们的日用粮，求你今天赐给我们；宽免我们的罪债，犹如我们也宽免得罪我们的人；不要让我们陷入诱惑，但救我们免于凶恶。

 

If you forgive men their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions."

因为你们若宽免别人的过犯，你们的天父也必宽免你们的；但你们若不宽免别人的，你们的父也必不宽免你们的过犯。”
