First Sunday of Lent

First Reading: DT 26:4-10

读经一（选民宣示自己的信仰。）

恭读申命纪 26:4-10

 

Moses spoke to the people, saying: "The priest shall receive the basket from you and shall set it in front of the altar of the LORD, your God.

梅瑟晓谕以色列子民说：“司祭由你手中，接过满载初果的篮子，放在上主、你天主的祭坛前；

 

Then you shall declare before the Lord, your God, 'My father was a wandering Aramean who went down to Egypt with a small household and lived there as an alien. But there he became a nation great, strong, and numerous.

然后你就在上主、你天主面前，声明说：‘我的祖先原是个飘泊的阿兰人，南下埃及，同少数家人寄居在那里，竟成了一个强大有力、人口众多的民族。

 

When the Egyptians maltreated and oppressed us, imposing hard labor upon us, we cried to the LORD, the God of our fathers, and he heard our cry and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.

埃及人虐待我们，压迫我们，强迫我们做苦工。我们呼号上主、我们祖先的天主；他就俯听了我们的哀声，垂视了我们的痛苦、劳役和所受的压迫。

 

He brought us out of Egypt with his strong hand and outstretched arm, with terrifying power, with signs and wonders; and bringing us into this country, he gave us this land flowing with milk and honey.

上主以强力的手、伸展的臂、巨大的恐吓，及神蹟奇事，领我们离开埃及，来到这地方，将这流奶流蜜的土地，赐给了我们。

 

Therefore, I have now brought you the first fruits of the products of the soil which you, O LORD, have given me.'

上主，请看！我现在把从你赐给我的土地，所出产初熟的收获，带来了。’

 

And having set them before the Lord, your God, you shall bow down in his presence."

于是，便将这初熟的收获，放在上主、你天主面前，并俯伏朝拜上主、你的天主。”

【答】：上主，当我困苦时，求你与我同在。

 

You who dwell in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, say to the LORD, "My refuge and fortress, my God in whom I trust."

领：你这在至高者护佑下居住的人，你这在全能者荫庇下居住的人，请向上主说：我的避难所，我的碉堡，我的天主，我投靠你。

 

R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

【答】：上主，当我困苦时，求你与我同在。

 

No evil shall befall you, nor shall affliction come near your tent, For to his angels he has given command about you, that they guard you in all your ways.

领：灾殃不会走近你的身边；祸患也不临近你的帐幔。因为上主必为你委派自己的天使，在你行走的每条道路上，保护你。

 

R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

【答】：上主，当我困苦时，求你与我同在。

 

Upon their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the asp and the viper; you shall trample down the lion and the dragon.

领：天使把你托在自己的手掌，不让你的脚在石头上碰伤。你可在狮子和毒蛇身上走过；你可践踏在猛狮和毒龙身上。

 

R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

【答】：上主，当我困苦时，求你与我同在。

 

Because he clings to me, I will deliver him; I will set him on high because he acknowledges my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in distress; I will deliver him and glorify him.

领：上主说：“因为他依靠我，我必拯救他；他承认我的名，我必保护他。他若呼求我，我必应允；他若有困苦，我必与他同在。我必拯救他，也必光荣他。”

 

R. Be with me, Lord, when I am in trouble.

【答】：上主，当我困苦时，求你与我同在。

 

Second Reading : ROM 10:8-13

读经二（基督信徒宣示自己的信仰。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致罗马人书 10:8-13

 

Brothers and sisters: What does Scripture say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart —that is, the word of faith that we preach—,

弟兄姊妹们：经上到底说了什么？她说：“天主的话离你很近，就在你口里，就在你心中。”这就是指我们关于信仰的宣讲。

 

for, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

如果你口里承认耶稣是主，心里相信天主使他从死者中复活起来，你便可获得救恩，

 

For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. For the Scripture says, No one who believes in him will be put to shame.

因为心里相信，可使人成义；口里承认，可使人获得救恩。经上又说：“凡相信他的人，不至于蒙羞。”

 

For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all, enriching all who call upon him. For "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

其实，并没有犹太人与希腊人的区别，因为众人都有同一的主；他对一切呼号他的人，都一律厚待。的确，“凡呼号上主名号的人，必然获救。”

Gospel  LK 4:1-13

福音（ 耶稣被圣神引入荒野，受魔鬼试探。）

恭读圣路加福音 4:1-13

 

Filled with the Holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days, to be tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and when they were over he was hungry.

那时候，耶稣充满圣神，离开约但河，就被圣神引入荒野，四十天之久，受魔鬼试探。耶稣在那段日子，什么也没有吃；过了那段日子，就饿了。

 

The devil said to him, "If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread." Jesus answered him, "It is written, One does not live on bread alone."

魔鬼对耶稣说：“你如果是天主子，就命令这块石头变成饼吧！”耶稣回答说：“经上记载：‘人生活不只靠饼。’”

 

Then he took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a single instant. The devil said to him, "I shall give to you all this power and glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I may give it to whomever I wish. All this will be yours, if you worship me."

魔鬼引耶稣到高处，顷刻间把普世万国指给耶稣看，并对耶稣说：“这一切权势及其荣华，我都要给你，因为这一切都已全交给了我；我愿意把它给谁，就给谁。所以，你如果朝拜我，这一切都是你的。”

 

Jesus said to him in reply, "It is written: You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him alone shall you serve."

耶稣回答说：“经上记载：‘你要朝拜上主，你的天主；唯独奉侍他。’”

 

Then he led him to Jerusalem, made him stand on the parapet of the temple, and said to him, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here, for it is written:

魔鬼又引耶稣到耶路撒冷，把他放在圣殿顶上，向他说：“你如果是天主子，从这里跳下去吧！因为经上记载：

 

He will command his angels concerning you, to guard you, and: With their hands they will support you, lest you dash your foot against a stone."

他为你吩咐了自己的天使保护你；他们要用手托着你，免得你的脚踫在石头上。”

 

Jesus said to him in reply, "It also says, You shall not put the Lord, your God, to the test." When the devil had finished every temptation, he departed from him for a time.

耶稣回答说：“经上说：‘不可试探上主，你的天主。’”魔鬼用尽了各种试探后，就离开了耶稣，再等时机。
