First Reading: JL 2:12-18

读经一（应撕破的不是衣服，而是你们的心。）

恭读岳厄尔先知书 2:12-18

 

Even now, says the LORD, return to me with your whole heart, with fasting, and weeping, and mourning;

至少现在—上主的断语—你们应全心归向我，禁食，哭泣，悲哀！

 

Rend your hearts, not your garments, and return to the LORD, your God.

应撕裂的，是你们的心，而不是你们的衣服；你们应归向上主你们的天主，

 

For gracious and merciful is he, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and relenting in punishment.

因为他宽仁慈悲，迟于发怒，富于慈爱，常懊悔降灾。

 

Perhaps he will again relent and leave behind him a blessing, Offerings and libations for the LORD, your God.

有谁知道，也许他会转意后悔，在这场灾祸后，给你们留下祝福，好使你们能给上主你们的天主献上素祭和奠祭。

 

Blow the trumpet in Zion! proclaim a fast, call an assembly; Gather the people, notify the congregation;

你们要在熙雍吹起号角，制定一个斋期，召开一个盛会。要召集民众，制定一个集会。

 

Assemble the elders, gather the children and the infants at the breast; Let the bridegroom quit his room and the bride her chamber.

召集老人，集合幼童，甚至吃奶的婴儿；新郎应走出他的洞房，新娘应离开她的闺房。

 

Between the porch and the altar let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep, And say, "Spare, O LORD, your people, and make not your heritage a reproach, with the nations ruling over them!

上主的仆人—司祭，应在殿廊与祭台之间痛哭，说：“上主，求你怜恤你的百姓，不要让你的基业遭受侮辱，使异民取笑他们！

 

Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where is their God?'" Then the LORD was stirred to concern for his land and took pity on his people.

为什么让人在异民中说：他们的天主在那里？”上主对自己的地域又重加妒爱，怜悯了自己的百姓。

R. Be merciful, O Lord, for we have sinned.

【答】：天主！我们犯了罪，求你垂怜。

 

Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness; in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense. Thoroughly wash me from my guilt and of my sin cleanse me.

领：天主，求你按照你的仁慈怜悯我，依你丰厚的慈爱，消灭我的罪恶。求你把我的过犯洗尽，求你把我的罪恶除净。

 

R. Be merciful, O Lord, for we have sinned.

【答】：天主！我们犯了罪，求你垂怜。

 

For I acknowledge my offense, and my sin is before me always: "Against you only have I sinned, and done what is evil in your sight."

领：因为我认清了我的过犯，我的罪恶常在我的眼前。我得罪了你，惟独得罪了你，因为我作了你视为恶的事；因此，在你的判决上，显出你的公义，在你的断案上，显出你的正直。

 

R. Be merciful, O Lord, for we have sinned.

【答】：天主！我们犯了罪，求你垂怜。

 

A clean heart create for me, O God, and a steadfast spirit renew within me. Cast me not out from your presence, and your Holy Spirit take not from me.

领：天主，求你给我再造一颗纯洁的心，求你使我心重获坚固的精神。求你不要从你的面前把我抛弃，不要从我身上将你的圣神收回。

 

R. Be merciful, O Lord, for we have sinned.

【答】：天主！我们犯了罪，求你垂怜。

 

Give me back the joy of your salvation, and a willing spirit sustain in me. O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.

领：求你使我重获你救恩的喜乐，求你以慷慨的精神来扶持我。我主，求你开启我的口唇，我要亲口宣扬你的光荣。

 

R. Be merciful, O Lord, for we have sinned.

【答】：天主！我们犯了罪，求你垂怜。

 

Second Reading : 2 COR 5:20—6:2

读经二（你们与天主和好吧！现在正是施恩的时候。）

恭读圣保禄宗徒致格林多人后书 5:20-6:2

 

Brothers and sisters: We are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were appealing through us.

弟兄们：我们是代基督作大使了，好像是天主藉着我们来劝勉世人。

 

We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who did not know sin, so that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

我们如今代基督请求你们：与天主和好吧！因为他曾使那不认识罪的，替我们成了罪，好叫我们在他内成为天主的正义。

 

Working together, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For he says: In an acceptable time I heard you, and on the day of salvation I helped you.

我们与天主合作的人，也劝你们不要白受天主的恩宠 ── 因为经上说：“在悦纳的时候，我俯允了你；在救恩的时日，我帮助了你。”

 

Behold, now is a very acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

看！如今正是悦纳的时候；看！如今正是救恩的时日。

Gospel  MT 6:1-6, 16-18

福音（你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 6:1-6,16-18

 

Jesus said to his disciples: "Take care not to perform righteous deeds in order that people may see them; otherwise, you will have no recompense from your heavenly Father.

那时候，耶稣对门徒说，“你们应当心，不要在人前行你们的仁义，为叫他们看见；若是这样，你们在天父之前，就没有赏报了。

 

When you give alms, do not blow a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets to win the praise of others.

所以，当你施舍时，不可在你前面吹号，如同假善人在会堂及街市上所行的一样，为受人们的称赞；

 

Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right is doing, so that your almsgiving may be secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

我实在告诉你们，他们已获得到了他们的赏报。当你施舍时，不要叫你左手知道你右手所行的，好使你的施舍隐而不露，你父在暗中看见，必要报答你。

 

When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on street corners so that others may see them. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward.

当你祈祷时，不要如同假善人一样，爱在会堂及十字街头立著祈祷，为显示给人；我实在告诉你们，他们已获得到了他们的赏报。

 

But when you pray, go to your inner room, close the door, and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

至于你，当你祈祷时，要进入你的内室，关上门，向你在暗中之父祈祷；你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。

 

When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites. They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear to others to be fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward.

几时你们禁食，不要如同假善人一样，面带愁容；因为他们苦丧著脸，是为叫人看出他们禁食来。我实在告诉你们，他们已获得到了他们的赏报。

 

But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you may not appear to be fasting, except to your Father who is hidden. And your Father who sees what is hidden will repay you."

至于你，当你禁食时，要用油抹你的头，洗你的脸，不要叫人看出你禁食来，但叫你那在暗中之父看见；你的父在暗中看见，必要报答你。”
