First Reading:  HEB 10:19-25

读经一（我们应以完备的信德，坚持所明认的望德，也应该彼此关怀，激发爱德。）

恭读致希伯来人书 10:19-25

 

Brothers and sisters: Since through the Blood of Jesus we have confidence of entrance into the sanctuary by the new and living way he opened for us through the veil, that is, his flesh,

弟兄们！我们既然怀着大胆的信心，靠着耶稣的宝血得以进入圣殿，即进入由他给我们开创的一条又新又活，通过帐幔，即他肉身的道路；

 

and since we have "a great priest over the house of God," let us approach with a sincere heart and in absolute trust, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed in pure water.

而且我们既然又有一位掌管天主家庭的伟大司祭；我们就应在洗净心灵，脱离邪僻的良心，和用净水洗涤身体以后，

 

Let us hold unwaveringly to our confession that gives us hope, for he who made the promise is trustworthy. We must consider how to rouse one another to love and good works.

怀着真诚的心，以完备的信德去接近天主；也应该坚持所明认的望德，毫不动摇，因为应许的那位是忠信的；也应该彼此关怀，激发爱德，勉励行善，

 

We should not stay away from our assembly, as is the custom of some, but encourage one another, and this all the more as you see the day drawing near.

决不离弃我们的集会，就像一些人所习惯行的，反而应彼此劝勉；你们见那日子越近，就越该如此。

The LORD's are the earth and its fullness; the world and those who dwell in it. For he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.

领：大地和其中的万物，属于上主，世界和其间的居民，属于上主。是他在海洋上奠定了大地，是他在江河上建立了全世。

 

R. Lord, this is the people that longs to see your face.

【答】：上主！这是寻求你圣容的子民。

 

Who can ascend the mountain of the LORD? or who may stand in his holy place? He whose hands are sinless, whose heart is clean, who desires not what is vain.

领：谁能登上上主的圣山？谁能居留在他的圣殿？是那手洁心清，不慕虚幻的人。

 

R. Lord, this is the people that longs to see your face.

【答】：上主！这是寻求你圣容的子民。

 

He shall receive a blessing from the LORD, a reward from God his savior. Such is the race that seeks for him, that seeks the face of the God of Jacob.

领：这样的人必获得上主的祝福；和拯救者天主的报酬。这样的人是寻求上主的苗裔，追求雅各伯天主仪容的子息。

 

R. Lord, this is the people that longs to see your face.

【答】：上主！这是寻求你圣容的子民。

 

Gospel  MK 4:21-25

福音（灯应放在灯台上。你们用什么尺度量人﹐也要用什么尺度量你们。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 4:21-25

 

Jesus said to his disciples, "Is a lamp brought in to be placed under a bushel basket or under a bed, and not to be placed on a lampstand?

那时，耶稣向门徒们说：“人拿灯来，岂是为放在斗底或床下吗？不是为放在灯台上吗？

 

For there is nothing hidden except to be made visible; nothing is secret except to come to light. Anyone who has ears to hear ought to hear."

因为没有什么隐藏的事，不是为显露出来的；也没有隐密的事，不是为彰明出来的。谁若有耳听，听吧！”

 

He also told them, "Take care what you hear. The measure with which you measure will be measured out to you, and still more will be given to you.

耶稣又向他们说：“要留心你们所听的：你们用什么尺度量给人，也要用什么尺度量给你们，且要多加给你们，

 

To the one who has, more will be given; from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away."

因为凡有的，还要给他；凡没有的，连他所有的，也要从他夺去。”
