First Reading:  1 JN 4:11-18

读经一（如果我们彼此相爱，天主就存留在我们内。）

恭读圣若望一书 4:11-18

 

Beloved, if God so loved us, we also must love one another.

可爱的诸位，既然天主这样爱了我们，我们也应该彼此相爱。

 

No one has ever seen God. Yet, if we love one another, God remains in us, and his love is brought to perfection in us.

从来没有人瞻仰过天主；如果我们彼此相爱，天主就存留在我们内，他的爱在我们内才是圆满的。

 

This is how we know that we remain in him and he in us, that he has given us of his Spirit. Moreover, we have seen and testify that the Father sent his Son as savior of the world.

我们所以知道我们存留在他内，他存留在我们内，就是由于他赐给了我们的圣神。至于我们，我们却曾瞻仰过，并且作证：父打发了子来作世界的救主。

 

Whoever acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him and he in God. We have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us.

谁若明认耶稣是天主子，天主就存在他内，他也存在天主内。我们认识了，且相信了天主对我们所怀的爱。

 

God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him.

天主是爱，那存留在爱内的，就存留在天主内，天主也存留在他内。

 

In this is love brought to perfection among us, that we have confidence on the day of judgment because as he is, so are we in this world.

我们内的爱得以圆满，即在于此：就是我们可在审判的日子放心大胆，因为那一位怎样，我们在这世界上也怎样。

 

There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment, and so one who fears is not yet perfect in love.

在爱内没有恐惧，反之，圆满的爱把恐惧驱逐于外，因为恐惧内含着惩罚；那恐惧的，在爱内还没有圆满。

【答】：上主，普世万民都要朝拜你。

 

O God, with your judgment endow the king, and with your justice, the king's son; He shall govern your people with justice and your afflicted ones with judgment.

领：天主，求你给君王传授你的权柄。求你给太子传授你的公正。使他照正义统治你的百姓，使他按公道管理你的平民。

 

R. Lord, every nation on earth will adore you.

【答】：上主，普世万民都要朝拜你。

 

The kings of Tarshish and the Isles shall offer gifts; the kings of Arabia and Seba shall bring tribute.

领：塔尔史士和群岛的众王将献上礼品，舍巴和色巴的君王，也都要前来进贡。众王都要朝拜他。万民都要事奉他。

 

R. Lord, every nation on earth will adore you.

【答】：上主，普世万民都要朝拜你。

 

For he shall rescue the poor when he cries out, and the afflicted when he has no one to help him. He shall have pity for the lowly and the poor; the lives of the poor he shall save.

领：他必拯救哀号的贫民，他必扶持无援的穷人。他将怜恤不幸和贫乏的群众，并要救护穷苦贫病者的生命。

 

R. Lord, every nation on earth will adore you.

【答】：上主，普世万民都要朝拜你。

 

Gospel  MK 6:45-52

福音（门徒看见耶稣步行水上。）

恭读圣马尔谷福音 6:45-52

 

After the five thousand had eaten and were satisfied, Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and precede him to the other side toward Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd.

耶稣使五千人吃饱以后，便催迫门徒们上船，先到对岸贝特赛达去。这期间他遣散了群众。

 

And when he had taken leave of them, he went off to the mountain to pray. When it was evening, the boat was far out on the sea and he was alone on shore.

耶稣辞别了众人之后，便往山上祈祷去了。到了夜晚，船已在海中，耶稣独自在陆地上。

 

Then he saw that they were tossed about while rowing, for the wind was against them. About the fourth watch of the night, he came toward them walking on the sea. He meant to pass by them.

他看见门徒艰苦地在摇橹。他们正遇着逆风。约夜间四更时分，耶稣步行海面，朝着他们走来，有意越过他们去。

 

But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out. They had all seen him and were terrified.

门徒看见他步行海上，以为是个妖怪，就都惊叫起来，因为众人都看见到他，遂惊慌不已。

 

But at once he spoke with them, "Take courage, it is I, do not be afraid!" He got into the boat with them and the wind died down.

耶稣连忙与他们讲话，向他们说：“放心！是我，不要怕！”遂到他们那里上船，风就停了。

 

They were completely astounded. They had not understood the incident of the loaves. On the contrary, their hearts were hardened.

他们心中越发惊奇，因为他们还不明白关于增饼的事，他们的心还是迟钝。
