First Reading:  1 Jn 3:22–4:6

读经一（要考验那些神是否出于天主。）

恭读圣若望一书 3:22-4:6

 

Beloved: We receive from him whatever we ask, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.

弟兄们：我们无论求什么，必由天主获得，因为我们遵守了他的命令，行了他所喜悦的事。

 

And his commandment is this: we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another just as he commanded us.

他的命令就是叫我们信他的子耶稣基督的名字，并按照他给我们所出的命令，彼此相爱。

 

Those who keep his commandments remain in him, and he in them, and the way we know that he remains in us is from the Spirit whom he gave us.

那遵守他命令的，就住在他内，天主也住在这人内。我们所以知道他住在我们内，是藉他赐给我们的圣神。

 

Beloved, do not trust every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they belong to God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

可爱的诸位，不要凡神就信，但要考验那些神是否出于天主，因为有许多假先知来到了世界上。

 

This is how you can know the Spirit of God: every spirit that acknowledges Jesus Christ come in the flesh belongs to God, and every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus does not belong to God.

你们凭此可认出天主的神：凡明认耶稣为默西亚，且在肉身内降世的神，便是出于天主；凡否认耶稣的神，就不是出于天主，而是属于假基督的；

 

This is the spirit of the antichrist who, as you heard, is to come, but in fact is already in the world.

你们已听说过他要来，现今他已在世界上了。

 

You belong to God, children, and you have conquered them, for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

孩子们，你们出于天主，且已得胜了他们，因为那在你们内的，比那在世界上的更大。

 

They belong to the world; accordingly, their teaching belongs to the world, and the world listens to them.

他们属于世界，因此讲论属于世界的事，而世界就听从他们。

 

We belong to God, and anyone who knows God listens to us, while anyone who does not belong to God refuses to hear us. This is how we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of deceit.

我们却是出于天主的；那认识天主的，必听从我们；那不出于天主的，便不听从我们：由此我们可以认出真理的神和欺诈的神来。

R. I will give you all the nations for an inheritance.

【答】：我必将万民赐你作产业。

 

The LORD said to me, "you are my Son; this day I have begotten you. Ask of me and I will give you the nations for an inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession."

领：我要传报上主的圣旨：上主对我说：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你。”你向我请求，我必将万民赐你作产业，我必将八极赐你作领地。

 

R. I will give you all the nations for an inheritance.

【答】：我必将万民赐你作产业。

 

And now, O kings, give heed; take warning, you rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice before him; with trembling rejoice.

领：众王！你们现在应当自觉，大地掌权者！你们应受教：应以敬畏之情事奉上主，战战兢兢向他跪拜叩首。

 

R. I will give you all the nations for an inheritance.

【答】：我必将万民赐你作产业。

 

Gospel  Mt 4:12-17, 23-25

福音（天国临近了。）

恭读圣玛窦福音 4:12-17,23-25

 

When Jesus heard that John had been arrested, he withdrew to Galilee.

耶稣听到若翰被监禁以后，就退避到加里肋亚去了；

 

He left Nazareth and went to live in Capernaum by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali, that what had been said through Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled:

后又离开纳匝肋，来住在海边的葛法翁，即住在则步隆和纳斐塔里境内。这应验了依撒意亚先知所说的话：

 

Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the way to the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,

则布隆地与纳斐塔里地，通海大路，约旦河东，外方人的加里肋亚，

 

the people who sit in darkness have seen a great light, on those dwelling in a land overshadowed by death light has arisen.

那坐在黑暗中的百姓，看见了浩光；那些坐在死亡阴影之地的人，为他们出现了光明。

 

From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand."

从那时起，耶稣开始宣讲说：“你们悔改吧！因为天国临近了。”

 

He went around all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, and curing every disease and illness among the people.

耶稣走遍了全加里肋亚，在他们的会堂内施教，宣讲天国的福音，治好民间各种疾病，各种灾殃。

 

His fame spread to all of Syria, and they brought to him all who were sick with various diseases and racked with pain, those who were possessed, lunatics, and paralytics, and he cured them.

他的名声传遍了整个叙利亚。人就把一切有病的、受各种疾病痛苦煎熬的、附魔的、癫癎的、瘫痪的，都给他送来，他都治好了他们。

 

And great crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, and Judea, and from beyond the Jordan followed him.

于是有许多群众从加里肋亚、“十城区”、耶路撒冷、犹太和约旦河东岸来跟随了他。
