The Baptism of the Lord

First Reading: IS 42:1-4, 6-7

读经一（这就是我喜爱的仆人。）

Thus says the LORD: Here is my servant whom I uphold, my chosen one with whom I am pleased, upon whom I have put my spirit;

上主这样说：“请看，我扶持的仆人，我心灵喜爱的所选者！我在他身上倾注了我的神，

 

he shall bring forth justice to the nations, not crying out, not shouting, not making his voice heard in the street.

叫他给万民传报真道。他不呼喊，不喧嚷，在街市上也听不到他的声音。

 

A bruised reed he shall not break, and a smoldering wick he shall not quench, until he establishes justice on the earth; the coastlands will wait for his teaching.

破伤的芦苇，他不折断；将熄的灯心，他不吹灭；他将忠实地传报真道。他不沮丧，也不失望，直到他在世上奠定了真道，因为海岛都期待着他的教诲。

 

I, the LORD, have called you for the victory of justice, I have grasped you by the hand; I formed you, and set you as a covenant of the people,

我，上主，因仁义召叫了你，我必提携你，保护你，立你作人民的盟约，

 

a light for the nations, to open the eyes of the blind, to bring out prisoners from confinement, and from the dungeon, those who live in darkness.

万民的光明，为打开盲人的眼目，从狱中领出被囚的人，从牢里领出住在黑暗的人。

领：天主的众天使，请赞美上主；请将赞美光荣，归于上主。请将主名的荣耀，归于上主。请穿上圣洁的华服，朝拜上主。

 

R. The Lord will bless his people with peace.

【答】：上主必以平安祝福他的人民。

 

The voice of the LORD is over the waters, the LORD, over vast waters. The voice of the LORD is mighty; the voice of the LORD is majestic.

领：上主的声音响彻水面；上主临到澎湃的水面。上主的声音具有威权；上主的声音具有庄严。

【答】：上主必以平安祝福他的人民。

 

The God of glory thunders, and in his temple all say, “Glory!” The LORD is enthroned above the flood; the LORD is enthroned as king forever.

领：天主雷鸣在显示庄严；凡在他殿中的都齐声高呼：“光荣”。上主坐在洪水之上；上主永远高坐为王。

Second Reading : ACTS 10:34-38

Peter proceeded to speak to those gathered in the house of Cornelius, saying: “In truth, I see that God shows no partiality.

那时候，伯多禄说：“我真正明白了：天主是不看情面的；

 

Rather, in every nation whoever fears him and acts uprightly is acceptable to him.

凡在各民族中，敬畏他，而又履行正义的人，都是他所中悦的。“

 

You know the word that he sent to the Israelites as he proclaimed peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all,

他藉耶稣基督——万民之主——宣讲了和平的喜讯，把这道先传给以色列子民。你们都知道：

 

what has happened all over Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John preached, how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power.

在若翰宣讲洗礼以后，从加里肋亚开始，在全犹太所发生的事：天主怎样以圣神和德能，傅了纳匝肋的耶稣，

 

He went about doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.”

使他巡行各处，施恩行善，治好一切受魔鬼压制的人，因为天主同他在一起。”

Gospel MT 3:13-17

福音（耶稣受洗后，看见天主圣神来到他上面。）

Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. John tried to prevent him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and yet you are coming to me?”

那时候， 耶稣由加里肋亚，来到约但河、若翰那里，为受若翰的洗；但若翰想要阻止他，说：“我本来需要受你的洗，而你却来就我吗？”

 

Jesus said to him in reply, “Allow it now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed him.

耶稣回答他说：“你暂且容许吧！因为我们应当这样，以完成全义。”于是若翰就容许了耶稣。

 

After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water and behold, the heavens were opened for him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming upon him.

耶稣受洗后，随即从水里上来，忽然，天为他开了。耶稣看见天主圣神，有如鸽子降下，来到他上面；

 

And a voice came from the heavens, saying, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

又有声音由天上说：“这是我的爱子，我所喜悦的    。”
